Pecan Pralines

Cheryl's handwritten recipe

1 lb. light brown sugar
5 1/3 oz evaporated milk
1/2t salt
1 T butter

2 cups pecans

Melt on low heat, stirring constantly

 Add 2 cups pecans. Cook on medium heat until softball. Let cool 5 minutes.

Beat rapidly until pecans cook and mixture thickens. Drop onto foil.
