Brisket

    Preheat  to 325 degrees
    1 10 lb trimmed brisket
    1 jar chili sauce (Heinz or house brand)
    1 envelope Lipton Onion soup mix
    1 can regular Coke or Pepsi CANNOT be diet
  1. Mix ingredients in dutch oven.
  2. Add brisket, fat side up.
  3.  Cook @325 degrees for 3-6 hours.
  4. Let cool and slice against the grain. Save the liquid.
    The brisket can be frozen in the liquid and reheated for a quick main dish.
