Meatloaf



Preheat oven to 350°

2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
18 saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 red pepper
1/2 chopped onion
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 T worchestershire sauce
1 t yellow mustard
1/4 c firmly-packed brown sugar

another 1/4 c firmly-packed brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup


Combine first 9 ingredients.
Lightly grease loaf pan. Place mixture in pan.
Bake 1 hour.

Combine sugar and ketchup and pour over cooked meatloaf.
Bake an additional 15 minutes.
Let stand 20 minutes before slicing.
